Dr. McGraw obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Scranton in 1987. He went on
to attend and graduate from Temple University's School of Medicine, receiving his M.D. in 1991.
Dr. McGraw performed his medical internship
from 1991 to 1992 at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. He was a staff physician at the Primary Care Clinic
at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida from 1992 to 1996. He performed his residency in Opthamology at Washington Hospital
Center in Washington, D.C. from 1996 to 1999. Presently, he is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Commonwealth
Medical College in Scranton, PA and engaged in the private practice of Opthamology at Eye Care Specialists in Kingston, PA.
Dr. McGraw's awards and
honors include the BSA Eagle Scout Award; Cum Laude Graduate of the University of Scranton; United States Air Force Scholarship
for Medical School; Temple University Honors in Anatomy, Embryology, Biochemistry, and Opthamology; Diplomate, National Board
of Medical Examiners; Physician's Recognition Award; Board Certification in Opthamology.
Dr. McGraw also holds memberships as an active
staff member at Susquehanna Surgery Center, Kingston Surgery Center, Geisinger Wyoming Valley, Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre,
and Wyoming Valley Health Care System. He also is a member of the following: Pennsylvania Medical Society, Pennsylvania
Academy of Opthamology, Luzerne County Medical Society, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, American Medical
Association, and the American Academy of Opthamology.
