Terms of Service:

These terms and conditions (T&C) are provided by Patriot Computer Systems of PA. These T&C
are governed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Acceptance of any service or the purchase of any product
from Patriot Computer Systems of PA constitutes the customer's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.
Patriot Computer Systems of PA shall provide the customer with equipment sales and service. Services are provided on
a first-come, first-serve basis, with preferential treatment for business customers and emergency situations. Patriot
Computer Systems of PA shall, to the best of its abilities, provide service to all customers within a reasonable period of
time based on priority and job difficulty.
2. Patriot Computer Systems of PA does not discriminate in its practices
except with respect to ability of the customer to pay. Patriot Computer Systems of PA does not decide services, sales,
or priority thereof on the basis of race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, color, creed, national origin, disability,
mental and/or physical handicap.
3. No warranties are provided by Patriot Computer Systems of PA, express or implied
as to the fitness or suitability of any service or equipment for a particular purpose. Patriot Computer Systems of PA
shall not provide or make any warranties of any kind, except as provided in section (4) of these T&C with regard to a
workmanship guarantee.
4. Workmanship/Labor will be guaranteed for a period of forty-five (45) days. Should
there be an issue or problem as the direct result of something done by Patriot Computer Systems of PA, its subcontractor,
or employee, Patriot Computer Systems of PA will correct the problem at no cost to the customer. If the problem is not
corrected on the return visit, a full refund of all labor charges will be made to the customer. This does not cover
abuse/misuse, intentional or accidental damage of any kind, hardware or software failure, acts of God (natural disasters),
fire or flood damage, or war be it declared or undeclared.
5. Refunds and exchanges are limited to the following
policy: Hardware, if returned in like-new condition with all manuals, cables, and such may be returned for a full refund
or exchange within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Software, if returned unopened within three (3) days may be returned
for a different title or refund. If software is opened, it may only be exchanged for the same title. All returns
must be accompanied by a receipt from Patriot Computer Systems of PA. No receipt, no return. Returns will always
be charged a restocking fee of 15% if a refund is desired. Hardware that is missing any manuals, cables, or the like
shall be charged 25%.
6. Service Contracts are non-refundable and are subject to the conditions contained therein.

Quotations and proposals may be accepted by simply paying the amount shown on the last page of the proposal that is highlighted
in bold type. Should the customer cancel after accepting, a fee of the greater of 20% or $200.00 shall apply, since
it is a binding contract once accepted.
8. Customer payments may be made in person, by mail, over the phone, or
via the Internet. In person, payments may be made with cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. By mail, payments
may be made by check only. Over the phone, payments may be made by credit card only. Online, through our website
via the "Bill Payments" link with RevolutionMoneyExchange. Customers are warned not to send cash in the mail
or credit card information via email, as Patriot Computer Systems of PA is not responsible for any loss of payments or identity
theft that may occur.
9. Checks are electronically processed by Telecheck Services, Inc. Therefore, any
check which is returned unpaid shall be subject to Telecheck's fees and collection procedures. These checks may
not be paid in Patriot Computer Systems of PA's offices. If the customer does not wish to have their check electronically
processed, the customer may request an opt-out form. However, this action shall preclude said customer from writing
any further checks to Patriot Computer Systems of PA and is not able to be rescinded.
10. Parts which are
purchased must be paid for up front and in full prior to being ordered from our supplier. There are no exceptions to
this.
11. Services are provided in accordance with the rate schedule posted on this website. Acceptance
of these T&C also constitutes acceptance of the then-current rate schedule.
12. Services which are provided
will be invoiced within five (5) days via postal mail or email to the customer. Invoices are due and payable upon receipt.
Invoices which are more than thirty (30) days past due shall be subject to a reasonable finance charge of 1.75% per month,
or $1.50, whichever is greater. Should the invoice continue to go unpaid, after ninety (90) days, the matter shall be
referred to outside collections. The customer shall be responsible for all reasonable attorney's fees, court costs,
colleciton costs, and any other charges which may arise as a result of this type of adverse action.
13. Disputes
between the customer and Patriot Computer Systems of PA must first be brought to the attention of Patriot Computer Systems
of PA management. Should resolution attempts fail, the customer shall have the right to file a complaint with the Better
Business Bureau. Further, the customer waives their right to a trial before a judge and jury. The customer shall
work with Patriot Computer Systems of PA and enter into binding arbitration if necessary. The arbitration shall take
place on neutral territory and follow the rules set forth by the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall
take responsibility for 50% of the cost of the arbitration and each party shall pay for its own legal counsel.
